Conference Deadlines and Important Dates

A conference retrospective is in process - the following has been retained for reference.

• September 20 - "Early Bird" registration
• October 1 - poster presentation abstract deadline
• October 13 - Marriott room reservation deadline (to receive group rate)
• October 15 - amateur photo contest entry deadline
• October 27 - advance registration via mail closes - online registration continues
  
  
• October 31 - last day for online registration with meal package
• November 6 - last day to purchase tickets online for BBQ with Hula Girl Dance Productions for guests and conference participants who haven't ordered meal packages with registrations - no tickets will be sold at the door
• November 6 - last day to purchase tickets online for for Banquet with Flip Nicklin - no tickets will be sold at the door
• November 6 - last day for all advance registrations - after this date purchase tickets at the door
