MARY J. GETTEN
 

Mary J. Getten has studied animal communication since 1988, and her successful practice has helped clients throughout the world. She also teaches How to Communicate with Animals and Nature Communication workshops. Mary has worked with marine mammals for 15 years, first at The Marine Mammal Center in Sausalito California, and later in San Juan Couty, WA. There she was a coordinator of the Marine Mammal Stranding Network, on staff at Wolf Hollow Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, a coordinator of wildlife rescue for Islands Oil Spill Association and a marine naturalist who led whale watch trips for 10 years. She is the author of The Orca Pocket Guide.

Mary J. Getten brought her latest book Communicating with Orcas - the Whales' Perspective to the booksigning at our 35th Birthday Celebration.
