ZE ARC
zearc.org

Ze Arc
is a virtual marine mammal aquarium, a multi-faceted sculptural audio installation realized by a tetrahedral sculpture, spatialized audio, and a vibrating stage representing ambient water. We see this project as an expression of the human need to explore and experience the awesome, beautiful world of marine mammals, and other sealife. Ze Arc allows participants to interact, listen, and feel the vibrations of the lives and environments of the ocean world. It is our concern that the people of the Planet Earth have the opportunity to observe and listen to the life of the Planet Ocean. We are creating a transparent connection from the work and experience of professional marine audio recordists and videographers of the great ocean world, to the people of the land. In turn, we would also like Ze Arc to serve as communication liaisons between sealife and humans.
